Yassir is the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in 26 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France, Canada and Sub-Saharan Africa. It is backed (+$43M in funding) by VCs from Silicon Valley, Europe and other parts of the world including Y Combinator. We offer on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Building on this infrastructure, we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay, save and borrow digitally. Helping usher the continent into a digital economy era. We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.
- As part of our expansion effort, we are looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition or Tech Recruiter who can help hire a world-class team of engineering and product talents for our European hub in Berlin. You will be tasked to fill in a rapidly growing list of vacancies including product managers, mobile developers, back-end developers, etc.
- Tech focused hiring. Enable the business' tech teams to achieve their goals through delivery of exceptional technical talent
- Full cycle recruitment. Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across Yassir
- Candidate experience. Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome
- Passive sourcing. Creatively attract talent with outreach across various platforms and channels
- Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts to advise, consult and challenge your business partners
- You are an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organization
- You are an excellent stakeholder management skills
- You have Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders across various departments
- You are a team oriented and collaborative
- Process-oriented mindset, analyzing the different stages and adapting the process accordingly Analytical with a desire to leverage data in your decision making. Fluent in English, French and other languages is a plus
