Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer (Python/React) to build and ship applications powering our AI-native digital platforms. In this role, you will work across the entire stack from backend services and data pipelines to polished, production-ready frontend interfaces. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to prototype rapidly, maintain high technical standards, and help advance how we leverage AI across our development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and maintain full-stack applications; translate design concepts and wireframes into polished, production-ready deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Create reusable components and patterns, write clean and testable code, and contribute to technical standards and roadmaps across the stack.
- Prototype new features quickly, troubleshoot complex systems, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Improve the observability, resilience, and security of our systems.
- Actively contribute to engineering practices, technical discussions, and help the team innovate using AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong focus on Python; proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and extensible backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
- Strong, demonstrated experience building production frontend applications using modern frameworks. React is the preferred frontend language.
- Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled development tools and workflows.
- Experience orchestrating multi-step AI/agent-driven workflows, paired with strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated code.
- Deep experience building and consuming APIs, integrating frontend applications with backend services, and connecting third-party systems.
- Solid grounding in responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, scalable UI architecture, and backend security.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing (Pytest and frontend equivalents), containerization, and cloud platforms.
