#### **What is The Role**
We are seeking two detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinators to support our global marketing engine from India. This role focuses on the execution and logistical backbone of our marketing investments. You will ensure financial rigor in Allocadia, manage the daily flow of POs and actuals, and serve as the tactical support for our global marketing teams, ensuring we maintain "simple perfection" in our operations.
#### **What You Will Be Doing**
- Allocadia Backend Excellence: Manage daily backend data entry, data imports, data mapping, and ensuring campaign metadata, budgets, POs and actuals are reflected with 100% accuracy.
- Financial Logistics: Execute the end-to-end contract and PO lifecycle, including drafting requisitions and proactively chasing vendors for timely invoice submission.
- Execution Support: Own the "request-to-delivery" process for operational tickets, ensuring all internal documentation and workflows are followed according to global standards.
- Data Accuracy: Import, mMonitor and map daily actuals and proactively flag discrepancies to the regional marketing leads, supporting the team’s goal of improved "data hygiene".
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between global campaign themes and regional execution, ensuring local needs are met while adhering to global process governance.
#### What You Bring
- **Experience**: 1–3 years in an operations or administrative coordinator role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization.
- **Tool Proficiency****:** High competence in budget/project management platforms (e.g., Allocadia, Salesforce, or similar).
- **Operational Mindset****:** A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks; you don’t just execute tasks—you look for ways to make them faster and more accurate.
- **Cultural Fit****:**Strong alignment with Elastic’s "Source Code" principles (Speed, Scale, Relevance, Simple Perfection).
#### Bonus Points
**Success Metrics:**
- **Process & Ticket SLA Compliance**: Achieve >95% adherence to SLA timelines for marketing operations requests (PO creation, PO and Actual mapping, vendor onboarding, and logistics tasks).
- **Data Integrity & System Hygiene**: Ensure 100% data accuracy in Allocadia for POs, actuals and budget tracking, with zero discrepancies in daily reporting logs.
- **Financial Precision****:** Maintain a <2% error rate between Target, Forecast, and Actuals in Purchase Order (PO) processing and vendor invoice reconciliation.
- **Operational Agility****:** Successful execution of the "best next action" for marketing requests, reducing the cycle time for logistics and procurement tasks by 15% quarter-over-quarter.
