- 英语流利
- 8年以上软件工程经验
- 完全自主；在团队内推动技术决策；指导初级工程师
- 具有React Native或Kotlin Multiplatform的跨平台移动经验
- 有将应用发布到App Store和/或Google Play的经验
- 熟悉移动架构模式，如MVVM或Clean Architecture
- AI驱动的SDLC（必需）：有使用AI辅助开发工具（如Claude Code、GitHub Copilot或Cursor）交付生产代码的实际经验。标准不是了解程度，而是日常使用来交付真实软件

Client is one of the world's largest e-commerce retailers of health, wellness, and beauty products, serving customers in more than 185 countries. With a catalog of over 30,000 products and global logistics infrastructure, they help millions of people live healthier lives every day. They are growing its engineering organization around an AI-first mandate: using AI not just as a product feature but as the foundation for how they build software, serve customers, and operate the business.
Build features for client's iOS and Android apps used by millions of customers globally. The mobile team covers both platforms and engineers with cross-platform experience (React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform) are especially valuable alongside native iOS and Android specialists.
What you will do:
· Ship new features for client's iOS and/or Android apps using AI-assisted development tooling.
· Participate in the mobile modernization effort, contributing to app architecture improvements and new platform capabilities.
· Write maintainable, well-tested mobile code and own features from design spec through app store release.
· Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to integrate new APIs and product experiences.
· Use Claude Code or equivalent AI tooling daily for code generation, refactoring, and test automation.
· Contribute to cross-platform tooling and shared component libraries as the mobile platform evolves.
- Fluent in English
- 8+ years in Software Engineering.
- Fully autonomous; drives technical decisions within the team; mentors junior engineers.
- Cross-platform mobile experience with React Native or Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Experience shipping apps to the App Store and/or Google Play.
- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- AI-driven SDLC (required): hands-on experience shipping production code with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor. The bar is not awareness; it is daily use in delivering real software.
- Familiarity with .NET/C#, Go, Python, Java, React, MS SQL Server, Azure or AWS.
- Full-stack awareness: comfortable contributing across layers of the stack when needed; purely single-layer specialists are not the target profile.
- Production ownership: experience owning features end-to-end from spec through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Code quality fundamentals: strong grasp of software design principles, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD.
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Contributions to internal developer tooling, golden path standards, or SDLC process improvements.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, product catalogs, or high-traffic consumer applications.
- Experience working in distributed teams across different timezones and countries.
- Selected candidates will be invited to take part in several rounds of interviews.
- The role is expected to be full time and ideal candidates should be looking for a long term engagement.
- A background check will be required as part of the onboarding process.
