In this role, you will navigate across various squads and stakeholders to guarantee that initiatives remain synchronized and that high-quality results are achieved reliably. You will take ownership of the logistical success for specific programs, maintaining a comprehensive grasp of status, roadblocks, and upcoming milestones.

While you won’t be tasked with deciding what we build, you are essential in managing how those builds are organized and executed. You are the catalyst for momentum, bringing clarity to complex initiatives and ensuring the right contributors stay engaged.

You thrive in fast-paced settings and can easily pivot from high-level operational strategy to granular technical specifics. You possess the ability to distill complicated data into actionable insights for leadership, approaching every hurdle with a focus on practical outcomes.

**Interesting problems you'll get to solve**

- Orchestrate the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, ensuring teams remain aligned on timelines and core deliverables
- Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, and business leads to keep progress visible at all levels
- Evaluate and mitigate potential risks, partnering with key stakeholders to develop robust contingency plans
- Spot resource gaps and work alongside leadership to clear any blockers preventing steady progress
- Drive clarity by ensuring that all assigned delivery roadmaps satisfy both operational and technical benchmarks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage technical dependencies for seamless production launches
- Convert complex technical updates into readable status reports highlighting business value and risk
- Balance shifting priorities and foster consensus among stakeholders with diverse requirements
- Utilize AI advancements like Claude and Cursor to refine internal reporting, documentation, and overall output
- Expertly manage Jira and Confluence to provide stakeholders with clear tracking and project visibility
- Uncover and implement process enhancements to evolve how our teams coordinate and ship work

**What you'll bring to the team**

- 5+ years spent in technical project leadership or program management within a tech-centric org
- Proven success in steering multi-stakeholder technology programs through complex dependency maps
- Technical literacy, with a solid grasp of modern integration patterns, APIs, and agile software lifecycles
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and the deployment of structured execution frameworks
- The ability to remain composed and effective while managing risks in rapidly changing environments
- Strong communication skills required to bridge the gap between technical teams and business partners
- Capability to build trust and maintain forward motion even when teams have conflicting priorities
- Familiarity with leveraging automation and AI to boost personal productivity and team visibility
- Track record of supporting technical work through production readiness and successful deployment
- Exceptional organizational habits with a constant focus on accountability and team speed
- Independence in decision-making, coupled with the intuition of when to escalate critical blockers

The **Pay Range** for this position: $146,000 - $160,000 USD based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and Zip's compensation strategies. However, actual base salary will depend on varying circumstances and individualized factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
