Ten Speed is a fully remote organic growth agency that helps B2B companies grow through strategic content, answer engine optimization (AEO), and SEO. We're hiring an **Organic Growth Specialist** to own content from brief creation to publishing, using AI tools, subject matter expert input, and your own editorial judgment to produce content that performs across SEO and AEO.

This is a **full-time remote role**, open to candidates in eligible states in the USA only.

**Salary range: $55,000–$75,000**, plus comprehensive benefits: generous PTO, wellness support, and professional development budget.

This role is a great fit for content marketers who enjoy managing multiple projects at once and want to pair strong content instincts with AI tools to build great content for B2B companies.

#### **Role Overview**

As an **Organic Growth Specialist**, you'll report to our Director of Content and work closely with our strategists, editorial team, and other internal team members to bring content to life. You'll drive content production across multiple client accounts, using AI tools where it makes sense to accelerate briefing and drafting while applying your own content expertise, SME interviews, and client insights to sharpen every piece before it goes live.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing or editing instincts who is highly organized, comfortable owning several moving pieces at once, and excited to grow into a more strategic role over time.

#### **Location, Salary & Benefits**

- **Location:** Remote -- USA only -- IL, CO, NC, FL, MI, TX, RI, ID, GA, SC, IN, TN, VA, PA, OH, or MO
- **Salary Range:** $55,000–$75,000 USD, depending on experience
- **Work Schedule:** Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlapping Central Time
- **PTO:** 20 vacation days + 7 personal/sick days + 9 holidays + 1 volunteer day

#### **What You'll Do**

- **Manage Content Development:** Research topics and positioning from the client content strategy, and create strategic briefs aligned to buyer journeys and client ICPs alongside the editorial team.
- **Integrate AI Tools:** Use AI tools and systems (Claude, AirOps) as a core part of your workflow, including content research, brief creation, refining content for quality and accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date client brand guidelines.
- **Collaborate with SMEs:** Interview subject matter experts to gather original insight and translate it into authoritative content, from thought leadership pieces to ebooks and guides.
- **Support On-Site Optimization:** Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, and content formatting to enhance site visibility and usability alongside the strategy team.
- **Finalize and Publish Content:** Upload and format content in client CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting.
- **Manage Workflow Across Accounts:** Track tasks, deadlines, and content status across multiple client accounts using ClickUp.
- **Engage with Clients:** Join client calls and Slack threads to provide updates, address questions, and align on content direction, publishing, and brand positioning.

#### **What You’ll Bring**

- 2-3 years of experience in SEO/AEO or content marketing
- Professional writing and editing experience (we mostly build written content)
- Intermediate SEO knowledge and understanding of best practices
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content production, editing AI outputs, and improving efficiency
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable engaging with clients in a collaborative, service-first way
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, and/or technology content

#### **Bonus Points For**

- Portfolio examples of SEO/AEO content and performance outcomes
- Experience in a client-facing role at an agency
- Understanding of AEO concepts or experience with AEO tools
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics platforms (such as Google Search Console or Ahrefs)
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Prior remote work experience
