Surgo is on the lookout for a driven and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting potential, and building a career in talent acquisition.
What you'll do:
- Source, headhunt and screen candidates across various platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- New business development
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and people-focused approach
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High attention to detail
- Minimum of one year experience in an agency recruitment or sales environment
- HR administration exposure (a plus)
