We are looking for part-time employees (20h/week) to join our Support Department! (remote)

### **Your tasks:**

- Supporting our customers and partners (couriers, restaurants, shops) via live chat, email, and phone;
- Effective execution of daily tasks in accordance with established team processes and standards;
- Skillful management of time and priorities;
- Proactive approach to improvements – looking for solutions that improve the quality and speed of customer service;
- Working based on clearly defined KPIs such as CSAT, response time, or quality - which you will regularly analyze and develop together with your Team Lead to provide the best possible experience for our customers and partners.

Working in the Wolt Support Department is fast-paced, involves contact with demanding customers, and requires efficient decision-making – that is why independent, stress-resistant people who can act with composure, even in conflict situations, will fit in perfectly with us.

And also:

- You learn quickly and have no problem with multitasking;
- You can work in shifts: mornings, evenings/nights, and weekends - most shifts during the first two months are between 12:00 and 2:00 (currently our opening hours are 6:00 to 3:00);
- You are fluent in Polish and have knowledge of English (B2);
- You can work part-time (20 hours per week)

The salary range for this role is 4919 PLN -6149 PLN gross per month. (for full-time position) The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
