- 通过良好的客户之声（VOC）结果、索赔管理和持续流程改进来提升客户满意度。
- 带领、指导和发展员工，同时管理人员配置、排班和绩效。
- 确保符合所有安全标准、操作规程和公司政策。
- 监控关键绩效指标，并实施行动计划以提高服务、生产力、质量和盈利能力。
- 向管理层沟通运营结果、风险和机会，并支持战略市场计划。

As the Last Mile Operations Supervisorat RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead daily last mile operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Oversee route execution, service provider performance, and resolution of delivery issues, claims, and customer escalations.
- Manage service provider settlements, payables, deductions, and controllable expenses to support financial performance.
- Drive customer satisfaction through strong VOC results, claims management, and continuous process improvement.
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while managing staffing, scheduling, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement action plans to improve service, productivity, quality, and profitability.
- Communicate operational results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and support strategic market initiatives.
