About the Project
We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish (Mexico). In this role, you'll facilitate recording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications.
What You'll Do
- Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session
- Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production, observing sessions to align on facilitation style, recording objectives, and workflow
- Support recording sessions independently following calibration
- Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records
What We're Looking For
- Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico)
- Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery
- Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions
- Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
