We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and contribute to the development of high-quality products. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in software engineering and testing, and work closely with our experienced engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Perform regression testing to verify resolved issues and ensure the stability of the software.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test data and test environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
