职责
支持需求收集和细化。
进行市场调研、用户反馈分析和竞争基准比较，以制定OKR。
与产品经理、工程师、销售和运营团队协作执行任务，跟踪进度。
监控指标（如客户留存率、系统稳定性），并迭代功能以支持VIP体验和业务扩展。
推动产品开发中的AI应用。
要求
在金融科技、加密货币/Web3领域有产品经理经验。
对Web3和区块链有真正的热情，了解加密货币产品（如交易、托管、DeFi）。
需要具备英语/中文双语能力，以便与海外合作伙伴和利益相关者协调。
具备强大的分析和解决问题的能力，熟悉Excel、Google Sheets等工具。

This role focuses on driving key web3 initiatives in OTC (Over-the-Counter trading), Binance Wealth (tailored crypto investment solutions for wealth managers), Crypto-as-a-Service (e.g., Link and Trade for brokers). You'll contribute to TradFi convergence, user acquisition, AUM growth, and operational enhancements, with strong potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and impact.
