构建GTM基础设施：将销售漏斗视为软件工程问题——不断迭代数据增强、意图信号和多渠道工作流。

要求
你是什么样的人（不可妥协的条件）
2年以上成交经验：你作为销售工程师、解决方案工程师或技术AE，成功完成过技术交易。你必须拥有全流程经验（从外联到签约），而不仅仅是会议预约经历。
你用AI来构建：你不仅仅用AI写邮件。你使用现代工具构建复杂的、自主的GTM系统，并能主动演示你已部署的工作流。
相关领域基因：你在创作者经济生态系统内，成功销售过SaaS、开发者工具、PLG产品或软件。
创业韧性：你具备球员兼教练的能量。你极度自我驱动，能够完全自主运作，并且非常快速地交付系统。
XP加分项：

You build complex, agentic GTM systems using modern tooling and can actively demo workflows you have shipped.Relevant Domain DNA: You have successfully sold SaaS, developer tools, PLG products, or software within the creator economy ecosystem.Startup Grit: You have player-coach energy.
