About the role
We are seeking a Senior Researcher to influence strategic product and experience decisions through insightful research.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and design decisions.
- Proactively identify research opportunities autonomously based on product strategy and business goals, ensuring insights align with key company priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams/peers — Product Managers, Product Designers, and Business Analysts (BAs) — to influence product strategy, business decisions, and design directions, as well as define the Research Roadmap.
- Facilitate workshops to identify issues and guide stakeholders towards solutions.
- Present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to enhance collaboration.
- Foster a collaborative environment, integrating diverse functions into decision-making and participating in interdisciplinary initiatives.
We are looking for professionals who
- Are people with disabilities (PwD);
- Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Have experience utilizing diverse data sources and articulating results effectively.
- Have the capability to deliver actionable insights through hypothesis-driven research.
- Have proven experience managing complex projects with varying levels of ambiguity.

Work model for this position
Hybrid (2 to 3 times per week)
