· 能够计算索赔金额——总临时残疾、永久残疾、未来医疗费用等。
· 处理案件协商和和解。
· 根据需要前往指定的审判地点出差。
· 其他指派的任务。
任职要求
· 1年以上工伤赔偿法律相关经验。
· 有证明能够达到或超越和解指标要求的记录。
· 熟悉加州工伤赔偿法规。
· 精通 EAMS、电子提交和 AME/PQME 流程。
· 出色的细节关注能力和在数字平台分析法律文件的能力。
· 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力。
· 能够在极少监督的情况下高效处理多项任务。
· 双语(英语+西班牙语)优先。
· 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 应用程序(Word、Outlook、Teams)。

Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Resolution Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our ambitious and growing firm. This role, within our Workers’ Compensation Department, offers the opportunity to resolve and negotiate cases independently, assess case values, and focus on securing settlements for our clients. If you have a strong background in workers’ compensation law and a passion for advocating for employees, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· The ability to resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently.
· Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case.
· Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy.
· Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and conducting depositions if necessary.
· The ability to calculate demands – Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Future Medical, etc.
· Handle case negotiations and settlements.
· Potential travel to assigned trial locations as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience.
- Proven track record of the ability to meet or exceed settlement metric requirements.
- Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
- Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal documents on digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams).
