Come join our Professional Services team
Our Professional Services team sits at the center of Karat's largest and most strategic client relationships, turning signed contracts into successful, expanding partnerships through onboarding, delivery, and the ongoing work of proving Karat's value at scale.
What you will do
As a Senior Delivery Partner at Karat, you own the client relationship and delivery strategy for one or more of Karat's most strategic accounts, from onboarding through ramp and expansion. This is an individual contributor role: you lead through credibility and clarity, not formal authority, working alongside a Client Partner, Solutions Engineer, and Project Manager who round out the account pod.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level, building relationships where clients bring you their hardest hiring and talent problems.
- Own the strategic narrative for your account, translating a multi-year transformation into a story that keeps executive stakeholders aligned and moving.
- Represent Karat with the rigor and polish clients expect from a leading consulting or technology partner.
- Define the engagement strategy and roadmap, then own execution end-to-end, from statement of work through go-live and steady state, including the change management work (communications, stakeholder alignment, training, resistance management, adoption measurement) that makes it stick.
- Catch account risk early and give the Client Partner and Karat executives consistent, honest visibility into usage, adoption, satisfaction, and where things stand.
- Own relationship mapping across your account(s), partnering with the Solutions Engineer and Project Manager, and set the standard for how the pod shows up to the client: one voice, one plan, no surprises.
- Loop in internal specialists (workforce transformation, content, product, data science) as needed, folding their input into one coherent client narrative.
- Surface expansion opportunities (new teams, interview types, geographies) to the Client Partner to enable pricing, contracting, and the commercial motion.
- Translate what you learn at the account into feedback and playbooks that raise the bar for how Karat delivers to its largest clients.
The experience you will bring
- 8+ years in a client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting role, including experience at a consulting firm (for example, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, or Accenture) or in enterprise professional services or customer success at a technology company
- A track record owning complex, high-stakes client relationships with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise accounts, from kickoff through steady state and renewal
- Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence rather than formal authority, earning trust with technical and operational peers who don't report to you
- Comfort operating with executive stakeholders; you hold your own and earn trust with a client's VP or C-suite
- Strong commercial instincts; you spot and shape expansion opportunities in partnership with a commercial or account-management counterpart
- Structured problem-solving under ambiguity; you build the plan rather than wait for one
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you synthesize broad swaths of input, context, and data into a clear narrative for clients and executives
- Willingness to be on-site with clients regularly, up to approximately 30% of the time
