你将负责：
通过电话、日常更新、反馈和明确的期望建立客户关系。
负责入职流程，涵盖目标、KPI、范围、时间表和访问权限。
在明确的简报、负责人和截止日期下进行交付，同时平衡团队的工作量。
检查质量，审查结果并解决障碍，以免影响交付。
保持 Notion 计划、日历、任务、笔记和报告的更新。
测试新想法，并将所学应用到改进活动中。
跟踪进度与基准和 KPI 对比，解释变化并设定优先级。
撰写案例研究，涵盖策略、交付、可衡量的结果和证据。
