职位描述
作为SRE，您将确保后端系统的可靠性、安全性和性能，建立DevOps、可观测性和CI/CD的最佳实践。您将与开发团队紧密合作，部署代码，自动化流程，并维护高可用性的分布式系统。
关键职责
基础设施即代码（IaC）：使用Terraform、Kubernetes和容器化环境设计和实现可扩展的基础设施。
可靠性与可观测性：开发监控、日志和警报解决方案，以保持系统健康并减少停机时间。
CI/CD与自动化：构建和优化CI/CD流水线，确保后端服务和智能合约的高效部署。
性能调优：识别并解决分布式系统中的瓶颈，以提高可扩展性和效率。
安全最佳实践：实施并执行安全策略，包括密钥管理、访问控制和网络安全。
优先条件
4年以上DevOps、SRE或后端工程相关经验。
具备Python、Go、Rust或Bash等编程语言技能，用于自动化和工具开发。
具备云原生环境（AWS、GCP、Azure）和容器编排经验。
具备区块链节点基础设施经验（如以太坊、Solana、Cosmos）者优先。
熟悉Web3安全考虑因素和智能合约部署的最佳实践。

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and scale critical infrastructure across our ventures.The RoleAs an SRE, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of backend systems, establishing best practices in DevOps, observability, and CI/CD.
