主要职责：

- 识别、评估和缓解合规、运营和声誉风险。
- 对新产品和市场进入进行合规评估。
- 招聘、培养并领导一个分布在全球的合规团队。
资格要求：
- 10年以上合规/风险管理经验，其中5年以上加密货币/金融科技/金融服务领域经验。
- 深入了解全球加密货币法规（MiCA、MAS、HKMA框架）。
- 有直接与监管机构合作及管理跨境合规的经验。
- 持有CAMS、CCEP或CRCM认证者优先。
- 英语和普通话流利是必须条件。

Position 3: Chief Compliance & Risk Officer (CCRO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a global compliance program covering AML, KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring.
- Serve as primary liaison with global regulators; lead license applications and regulatory filings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance, operational, and reputational risks.
- Conduct compliance assessments for new products and market entries.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a globally distributed compliance team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in compliance/risk management, with 5+ years in crypto/fintech/financial services.
- Deep knowledge of global crypto regulations (MiCA, MAS, HKMA frameworks).
- Direct experience engaging with regulators and managing cross-border compliance.
- CAMS, CCEP, or CRCM certifications highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
