Summary
The Enterprise Risk Analytics & Reporting Sr Analyst supports enterprise risk reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations used for Executive Management and Board-level committee oversight. This role partners with Risk Management and first line stakeholders to translate data and reporting needs into clear, accurate, and actionable insights. The position helps strengthen enterprise risk reporting through data validation, reporting automation, documentation, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development of quarterly risk committee reporting packages, including the creation, update, and enhancement of data visualizations that communicate key risk trends and insights for Executive Management/Board-level committee oversight.
- Translate stakeholder reporting and data visualization requirements into new or enhanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations within Archer, Power BI, or other reporting platforms; proactively identify opportunities to improve usability, clarity, automation, and insight beyond initial stakeholder requests. Stakeholders include both second line and first line of defense partners.
- Perform recurring data validation, table refreshes, and reporting data quality checks to support accurate, complete, and timely reporting outputs. Coordinate with Data Engineering and other technical partners to troubleshoot data issues, support source system or table updates, and improve ETL processes, data model refreshes, and recurring data workflows to enhance reporting reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Provide stakeholder education, reporting guidance, and ongoing support to promote effective use and understanding of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; respond to reporting questions, troubleshoot issues, and help stakeholders interpret data outputs and insights.
- Document reporting actions, design decisions, processes, controls, and overall strategy to support transparency, continuity, and repeatability; maintain clear documentation that enables others to understand, support, or replicate reporting and data visualization approaches.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Data Science / Analytics, or a related field
Minimum Experience
- 3 to 5 years or greater of banking, enterprise risk management, operational risk, data analytics, reporting, or related experience
- Experience developing and modifying reports, dashboards, data models, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
- Experience working with large datasets, multiple source systems, and recurring reporting routines
- Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, including report management, data fields, layouts, or related configuration preferred
- Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to data accuracy, completeness, and reporting detail
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query, DAX, Snowflake, or comparable reporting and data management tools
- Ability to establish, follow, and document recurring reporting routines, controls, and governance standards across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid positions will report to a physical Company location, as directed by the manager, and that setting will be a typical office environment.
