EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager – Project Management to join our Outsourced Services practice. This role will lead complex operational and client-focused initiatives, ranging from client focused projects to large-scale transformation programs.
Many of these initiatives combine technology implementation, process redesign, data, and change management to improve client service, operational performance, scalability, and the employee experience. The Manager will translate business priorities into structured programs, establish effective governance, and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working with senior business leaders, service-line professionals, technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders and will bring structure to ambiguity, manage interdependent workstreams, resolve risks, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Lead a portfolio of operational, client-delivery, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives within the Outsourced Services practice.
  • Translate strategic priorities, client needs, and operational challenges into clear project charters, business requirements, roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, governance structures, and success measures.
  • Partner with firm and client leadership to define desired business outcomes, scope, deliverables, resource requirements, budgets, decision rights, and measures of success.
  • Lead initiatives through the full transformation lifecycle, including opportunity definition, current-state assessment, future-state design, implementation, adoption, stabilization, and benefits realization.
  • Establish and maintain effective program and project governance, including integrated plans, status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, change control, and executive communications.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects and interdependent workstreams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, decisions, outcomes, and required leadership actions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams across service lines, business operations, technology, data, vendors, and subject-matter experts, with clear roles, priorities, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Anticipate and resolve project risks, implementation barriers, resource constraints, and cross-program dependencies in partnership with clients, engagement teams, and firm leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration and structured decision making among clients, firm leaders, technology teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Partner with technology teams and implementation vendors to translate business needs into actionable requirements, implementation plans, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
  • Define measurable outcomes and provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, adoption, risks, financial performance, and realized business benefits.
  • Ensure initiatives meet applicable quality, risk management, compliance, contractual, data, and firm requirements.
  • Prepare and present executive-level updates, recommendations, and decision materials to leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels to drive timely decisions and sustained adoption.
  • Support client relationship development, solution scoping, proposals, and other practice-growth activities related to the role’s areas of responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project and engagement team members through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development guidance.
  • Develop and continuously improve repeatable project and transformation-management methodologies, tools, templates, governance standards, and delivery practices for Outsourced Services.
  • Stay current on project and program management, process improvement, change management, emerging technologies, and market developments relevant to clients and Outsourced Services.
  • Contribute to firm recruiting, training, knowledge sharing, and other practice-development activities as needed.
  • May be required to work extended hours and/or travel to client and EisnerAmper locations as business needs require.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects, programs, technology-enabled transformation, process improvement, consulting, outsourced services, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of management, supervisory, team leadership, or cross-functional program leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large programs, portfolios, or multi-project engagements with interdependent workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop effective teams across small, medium, and large-scale projects.
  • Project management or related certifications preferred, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma credentials
  • Experience using project and portfolio management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Planview, Microsoft Project, or similar technologies to manage delivery and provide portfolio visibility.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, resource planning, financial management, change management, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple concurrent initiatives, cross-program dependencies, and ambiguity in an evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, process-design, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business and operational needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and guide groups through scope, priority, governance, process, and decision-making discussions.
  • High degree of professionalism and demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential client and firm information.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with data visualization and collaboration tools is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver solutions that align process, technology, data, and operating-model decisions.
  • Experience establishing outcome measures, monitoring adoption, and assessing whether completed initiatives deliver intended client, operational, quality, efficiency, scalability, risk, or financial benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work directly with senior client and business stakeholders through significant organizational change.
