- 验证与合规（GxP）：编写并执行严格的测试脚本（IQ/OQ/PQ），并支持用户验收测试（UAT），确保符合药品追踪要求（序列化和批次管理）。
- 领导与交付：监督初级团队成员，审查功能交付物，并在全球分布式交付模式中领导关键用户培训课程。

This is a remote position.
As a Senior SAP EWM/LE Consultant, you will join the supply chain and operations practice of our client – a global management and technology consulting firm. The project focuses on driving an enterprise-scale S/4HANA logistics transformation for an international leader in life sciences. The core objective is to design and implement a validated blueprint supporting the seamless movement of goods from initial procurement to final delivery. You will ensure that all warehouse management, handling units, and shipping components operate under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GAMP 5 life sciences regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Blueprinting & Architecture: Lead end-to-end requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to translate complex supply chain processes into scalable SAP solutions.
- EWM Core Configuration: Own the functional configuration and customization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), including Inbound, Outbound, Internal processes, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Slotting.
- Logistics Execution (LE) Integration: Seamlessly bridge warehouse processes with outbound shipping, managing complex transport, delivery splits, packaging specifications, and Handling Unit Management (HUM) from Procurement to Delivery.
- Technical Interface Design: Design functional specifications for complex system boundaries, coordinating integrations with Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), and automation layers (WCS/PLC via MFS).
- Validation & Compliance (GxP): Author and execute rigorous test scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ensuring compliance with pharma tracking mandates (serialization and batch management).
- Leadership & Delivery: Supervise junior team members, review functional deliverables, and lead key-user training tracks within a globally distributed delivery model.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of core SAP Logistics experience, with at least 3-5 years dedicated to SAP EWM (minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations).
- Life Sciences Blueprinting: Proven track record working within a regulated environment (Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare) with deep knowledge of batch management and cold-chain logistics.
- Deep EWM Components: Hands-on experience configuring Post Processing Framework (PPF), Yard Management, Cross-Docking, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
- Mobile & RF Technologies: Experience deploying SAP Mobile Technologies (RF Framework, ITSMobile, RFID) for shop-floor scanner execution.
- Cross-Module Integration: Solid understanding of touchpoints between EWM/LE and adjacent modules: MM (Material Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP/QM.
- Methodology: Practical experience with SAP Activate or Agile Delivery frameworks.
