The Role:

Tuesday Health is seeking a Program Manager, Digital to own the execution, operational performance, and continued growth of myTuesday, our patient digital access offering. Through the myTuesday platform, Tuesday Health provides patients with network-enabled tablets preloaded with our mobile app, helping patients stay connected to their care and engage with Tuesday Health digitally.

This is a program management role focused on the operations and infrastructure that support myTuesday. The Program Manager will be accountable for ensuring the program operates effectively, delivers against established goals, and is positioned to scale as our patient population grows.

As part of the Product organization, the Program Manager will work closely with Operations, Product, external vendors, and other cross-functional partners to translate program strategy into effective execution. This person will maintain a clear view of program performance, anticipate operational needs, identify risks and opportunities, and drive issues through resolution.

This role is well suited for a strong operator who is highly organized, comfortable working across teams, and motivated by building the processes and operating discipline needed to deliver results at scale.

Key responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Own the day-to-day execution and operational performance of the myTuesday program, maintaining visibility across device deployment, replacements, returns, inventory, and other workflows managed by our vendor partners.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of key vendor relationships, establish clear expectations, monitor performance, address issues, and hold partners accountable for delivering against program needs.
  • Translate program goals and priorities into operating plans, processes, and measurable actions in partnership with Product and Operations.
  • Monitor inventory, utilization, and anticipated patient demand to forecast future needs, proactively address capacity risks, and ensure the program is prepared to support growth.
  • Establish and maintain visibility into key measures of program health, including patient adoption and utilization, inventory, vendor performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Use program data and operational insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and drive actions that improve program performance and outcomes.
  • Partner with Product and Operations to strengthen, standardize, document, and, where appropriate, automate the operational workflows that support myTuesday.
  • Drive operational readiness for changes or expansion of the myTuesday program, ensuring teams, vendors, processes, and supporting resources are prepared for successful implementation.
  • Identify operational issues and process gaps, determine appropriate next steps, and coordinate across teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Periodically assist patients with device setup or troubleshooting, using direct patient feedback and experience to identify opportunities to improve program operations and the patient experience.
  • Support additional program management and cross-functional initiatives within the Product organization based on organizational priorities.

A strong candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, product operations, healthcare operations, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, processes, or operational workstreams and drive work from planning through execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational gaps, develop practical solutions, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and inform operational decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and patients.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to proactively identify what needs attention and drive work forward.
  • Comfort working with technology and helping others navigate technical issues when needed.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities, programs, and processes continue to evolve.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or technology-enabled services is preferred.
