此职位提供完全灵活的工作方式——您可以在有空时登录并接听电话，没有最低或最高工时要求。报酬基于实际口译分钟数。
职责
- 在英语和目标语言之间提供专业的连续电话口译服务。
- 在各种行业中促进清晰、准确且中立的沟通。
- 遵守行业标准、保密协议和道德口译实践。
- 在与客户和英语能力有限（LEP）人士的所有互动中保持专业性。
要求
- 至少6个月的专业OPI经验（必需）
- 熟悉OPI口译协议和正式培训（问候、保密、轮流发言）
- 英语水平优秀（发音清晰、语法正确、沟通能力强）
可靠设备：
- 计算机（推荐 Windows 10 或 11）
- USB 耳机（不允许使用蓝牙耳机）

About TransPerfect Connect
TransPerfect Connect is a leading provider of remote interpreting solutions, offering high-quality over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) services in over 170 languages. We work with clients across industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, hospitality, and education, ensuring seamless communication between businesses and their multilingual customers.
We are seeking experienced interpreters to join our network asindependent contractors (1099) for the following languages:
- Cantonese <> English
- German <> English
- Japanese <> English

This position offers completeflexibility—you can log in and take calls whenever you're available, with no required minimum or maximum hours. Compensation is based onactive interpretation minutes.
Responsibilities
- Provide professionalconsecutive over-the-phone interpretationbetweenEnglish and the target language.
- Facilitate clear, accurate, and impartial communication across various industries.
- Adhere to industry standards, confidentiality protocols, and ethical interpreting practices.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and limited-English proficient (LEP) individuals.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional OPI experience(required) Knowledge ofOPI interpreting protocols and formal training(greetings, confidentiality, turn-taking)
- StrongEnglish proficiency(clear pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills)
Reliable equipment:
- Computer (Windows 10 or 11 preferred)
- USB headset (Bluetooth headsets not allowed)
- Stable internet connection
