Your Role
研究和构建区块链协议、模块、技术和算法
根据需求准备详细的设计文档和测试策略
在团队内部推广技术经验分享
通过最佳沟通和文档支持社区
Your Craft
计算机科学、数学、电子工程或相关领域的学位优先
在区块链行业有 2 年以上经验
精通 Golang、Rust、C++ 和其他主流区块链开发语言
精通 Solidity 开发和优化，熟悉开发工具如 Truffle 和 Hardhat，熟悉第三方安全合约库如 OpenZeppelin；熟悉 gas 优化
在知名区块链平台（如 Ethereum/Cosmos/OP 或 ZK Rollup）上有 R&D 和执行开源项目的经历是加分项
英语和中文双语流利
职位要求：
计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历
3 年及以上区块链、分布式等领域的设计开发经验
精通算法、数据结构，能快速进行 POC 开发论证
熟练掌握 C++、Go、Rust 等编程语言，精通智能合约 Solidity
在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉 blockchain 主流平台及核心算法
对区块链的开源项目（Ethereum、Cosmos、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先
熟悉零知识证明算法和 zkEVM 项目的优先
能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力
Extra Credit
在知名区块链平台（如 Ethereum/Cosmos/OP 或 ZK Rollup）上有 R&D 和执行开源项目的经历是加分项
