We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help create impactful digital experiences that connect customers with the products, services, and brands they love. In this role, you'll leverage digital marketing expertise, creativity, and data-driven insights to execute high-performing campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist-I, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning insights into action, and is passionate about delivering impactful digital experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid social, display, video, connected TV, and programmatic channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Partner with Brand, Content, Best Buy Ads, and business teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign insights and prepare reporting to measure success and identify opportunities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of digital marketing or agency experience with hands-on expertise in paid media, media buying, and campaign management.
- Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as DV360, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Connected TV, and other programmatic channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and drive results through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, results-oriented marketer with a passion for innovation, emerging digital trends, and creating impactful customer experiences.

Annualized Compensation Range
$62,000.00 - $71,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
