作为供应链专员，你将负责持续支持我们的业务增长，主要职责是与客户互动，提供和处理有关产品和服务的查询、关注点和请求。你将有效处理出口客户的销售订单履行流程，并与海外销售团队和内部供应链团队协调，确保订单顺利处理，包括为 PH 客户的进口产品进行补货计划。
你将负责：
- 补货计划 – 作为 PH 供应链的单一联系人，负责需求、供应和库存管理，以高效服务客户。使用 JDA/SAP/PBI 作为补货计划的支持工具。
- 系统处理与维护 – 处理 SAP PO，包括季度 PIR/ICP 更新。审查 JDA/SAP 异常信息。系统维护以确保所有数据运行顺畅。以及 MDG 产品代码扩展到国家。
- 货运监控 – 监控并确保货物按计划到达和放行，包括与内部/外部方跟进货运情况。同时主动沟通货运信息更新，以防止供应和库存受到影响。
- 需求计划 – 与销售团队协作，从各国向需求计划团队提供实际的需求输入，确保每月周期内按时提交所有数据。
- 库存管理 – 与仓库团队协作进行库存管理，并在需要时主导虚拟盘点。
- 供应链报告 – 能够提供供应链数据和分析，包括本地和定制销售数据给相关职能，如需可协助召开会议。以及月度结账报告。
- 内部投诉 – 协调与相关职能（采购国和 QA 团队）处理在 Ingredion 仓库接收产品的内部投诉，直至案件完成。

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for support our business growth consistently, who primary responsibilities to interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about product and service. You will handle with export customers sales order fulfilment process effectively, and co-ordinate with overseas sales team and internal supply chain team to process orders smoothly, including replenishment planning of import product for PH customer.
What you will do:
- Replenishment Planning – Lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management to serve customer in efficiency. Utilize JDA/ SAP/ PBI as a supporting tool for replenishment plan.
- System Processing and Maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP update quarterly. Review JDA/ SAP exception message. System maintenance to ensure all the figures run smoothly. And MDG product code extension to country.
- Shipment Monitoring – Monitor and ensure shipment arrival and release as planned include shipment follow up with internal/external party. Also well communicate for shipment information update proactively to prevent supply and inventory impact.
- Demand Planning – Coordinate with sale team to provide realistic demand input from country to demand planning team, make sure all numbers submit on time by monthly cycle.
- Inventory management – Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory management and lead virtual stock count when needed.
- Supply Chain Reports – Be able to provide supply chain data, analysis local and indent sales to related functions including facilitate meeting if need. Also, month end closing report.
- Internal Complaint – To coordinate on internal complaint with related function (sourcing country and QA team) on receiving product at Ingredion warehouse until complete the case if happen.
- Support function – To support finance team by provide some of finance reports monthly and quarterly.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and any related fields.
- Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, supply chain related field.
- Knowledge in computerized environment with basic office software. Experience in SAP, JDA system would be an advantage.
- English fluency, both written and spoken.
