Position Summary

As a Principal Analyst in Sales Operations, you will play a critical, highly independent role in shaping and running sales operations for our EMEA business. You'll partner closely with our Head of EMEA Sales and senior sales leadership, acting as a trusted advisor who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, suited to someone who works well independently, takes ownership without needing much oversight, and has earned the trust of senior stakeholders through sound judgment and strong execution. This role reports to the VP, Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: own territory management and headcount planning for EMEA, continually reassessing and adjusting plans to stay ahead of the business
  • Reporting & Analytics: lead business reviews with senior leadership; deliver ad-hoc reporting on pipeline, closed-won trends, productivity, and other key sales metrics
  • Sales Process Ownership: own core sales processes - forecasting, pipeline management, and segmentation - and support the sales technology stack
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: partner with Customer Ops, Enablement, Sales Compensation, Marketing Ops, Deals Desk, FP&A, and other teams to keep sales operations aligned with the broader business

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Based in the UK or Germany; fluent in English required, additional languages a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Highly independent and self-directed, with the judgment to operate autonomously and the track record to be trusted with sensitive information by senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and translate data into clear, actionable insight for both analytical and non-analytical audiences
  • Excellent communicator, able to build credibility and trust quickly with senior leaders (including our Head of EMEA) and cross-functional partners
  • Experience owning sales forecasting, pipeline management, and segmentation
  • Comfortable partnering across functions - Customer Ops, Enablement, Sales Compensation, Marketing Ops, Deals Desk, FP&A, and others — without formal authority over those teams
  • Strong expertise with sales automation and CRM platforms
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements
  • Familiarity with emerging sales technologies and trends in revenue operations
