We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our ERP team at Decision Inc.
This is a client-facing functional consulting role focused on delivering, implementing, and optimising D365 F&O Supply Chain Management solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design practical solutions, improve supply chain processes, and support successful project delivery.

What Will You Do?
Key Responsibility:
- Deliver functional consulting across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with a primary focus on SCM.
- Gather business requirements and facilitate requirements and fit-gap workshops.
- Design, configure, and optimise D365 F&O SCM solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Sales & Order Management
- Product Information Management
- Master Planning
- Transportation and logistics
- Analyse existing supply chain processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O best practices.
- Support the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Investigate and resolve complex functional issues and provide senior-level support.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and solution architects to deliver effective solutions.
- Support data migration, data validation, integrations, and reporting activities.
- Conduct client demonstrations and end-user training.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, workshops, demonstrations, and proposals.
Who Do You Need to Be?
- 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics AX.
- Strong functional experience specifically within D365 F&O Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Hands-on experience with several D365 F&O SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales/Order Management, and Master Planning.
- Experience delivering or supporting D365 F&O implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or optimisation projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Understanding of how SCM processes integrate with D365 Finance.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with WMS, PIM, Power BI, integrations, or related Microsoft technologies would be advantageous.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications would be advantageous.
What Will Make You Stand Out?
- Experience working within a Microsoft Dynamics implementation partner or consulting environment.
- Experience leading an SCM functional workstream on D365 F&O implementations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain transformation.
- Experience working across multiple industries and complex client environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable D365 F&O solutions.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants.
- Exposure to pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and client proposals.
