About the Role
AudienceView is launching a large-scale modernization and refactoring initiative for one of its flagship products, AudienceView Unlimited. We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers who can contribute across both frontend and backend systems while bringing strong C++ expertise to support platform-level development and modernization efforts.
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact team working on large-scale systems, modern web technologies, and AI-assisted development practices.
Core Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong recent experience with C++ (used within the last 3 years)
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications or platform-level systems
- Strong React experience for frontend development
- Strong Node.js experience for backend development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills
AI-Assisted Development Experience (Required)
AudienceView is actively adopting AI-powered development workflows.
You should have hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment, such as:
· Claude Code (preferred)
We are looking for engineers who leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, testing, or problem-solving workflows.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with ticketing platforms
- SaaS product experience
- E-commerce or customer-facing web applications
- Azure exposure
- Experience with system modernization or large-scale refactoring projects
- Previous contractor experience
Responsibilities
- Participate in the modernization and refactoring of AudienceView Unlimited
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Contribute to platform-level development using C++
- Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering leadership
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and problem-solving sessions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and software quality
- Work within a Scrum team environment and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle
