You will play a key role in expanding GSR’s OTC franchise by developing and executing client flow, managing risk, and delivering best-in-class execution.This is afront-office, revenue-generating role, suited to an experienced trader with a strong track record in crypto markets and deep relationships across institutional or high-volume counterparties.ResponsibilitiesOriginate, price, and execute OTC trades across crypto spot and derivatives markets.Develop and grow client relationships, driving trading volumes and revenue generation.Maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients, funds, brokers, and HNW counterparties.Manage risk and exposure in real time, ensuring adherence to internal risk frameworks.Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and pricing to optimize execution and profitability.Collaborate with internal trading, quant, and technology teams to enhance pricing, execution, and client offering.Contribute to the expansion of GSR’s OTC franchise across regions and products.Your ProfileProven experience in crypto OTC trading or sales trading, with a strong track record of revenue generation.Consistent track record of generating and growing client flow within crypto OTC or institutional trading environments.Deep understanding of crypto markets, including spot, derivatives, and liquidity dynamics.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities.Experience managing risk and trading positions in fast-moving markets.Established relationships across institutional clients, funds, brokers, or high-volume counterparties.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance environment.Strong communication and relationship management skills.What We OfferA collaborative and transparent company culture founded on Integrity, Innovation, and Performance.Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement planning, 30 days of holiday, and free lunches when in the office.Hybrid working pattern across our global offices in London, the US, Singapore, Zug, and Malaga.Regular Town Halls, team lunches, offsites, and social events.A strong Corporate and Social Responsibility program, including charity matching and volunteer days.Immigration and relocation support where required.Equal Opportunity StatementGSR is proudly an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
