职位职责 – 你将做出的贡献
· 设计、开发和维护聚合平台的后端服务，实现游戏供应商与运营商之间的无缝集成。
· 构建和优化以 API 优先的解决方案，支持可扩展、高性能且关键业务系统。
· 开发安全、可维护且高质量的代码，同时遵循工程最佳实践。
· 与跨职能团队合作，设计集成方案并改进平台架构。
· 参与 CI/CD 流水线、部署自动化和整体 DevOps 实践。
· 参与架构讨论，持续提升平台的可靠性、可扩展性和性能。
· 支持 Agile 开发流程，并在团队中参与技术决策。
任职要求 – 你需要的经验
· 6 年以上后端软件开发经验，重点在 API 优先的解决方案。
· 5 年以上构建和维护高可用性、关键业务应用的经验。
· 精通 Java，并有开发干净、安全、高性能代码的经验。
· 有 PostgreSQL 和云平台的实际操作经验，优先考虑 Google Cloud Platform (GCP)。
· 有 DevOps 实践经验，包括持续集成（CI）、自动化部署和测试自动化。
· 有在 Agile 开发环境中工作的经验。
· 具备良好的沟通能力，英语流利

Project – the aim you’ll have
Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.
The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.
Position – how you’ll contribute
· Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Aggregation Platform, enabling seamless integrations between game providers and operators.
· Build and enhance API-first solutions that support scalable, high-performance, and business-critical systems.
· Develop secure, maintainable, and high-quality code while following engineering best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integration solutions and improve platform architecture.
· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and overall DevOps practices.
· Participate in architectural discussions and continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
· Support Agile development processes and contribute to technical decision-making across the team.
Expectations – the experience you need
· 6+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on API-first solutions.
· 5+ years of experience building and maintaining high-availability, business-critical applications.
· Strong proficiency in Java and experience developing clean, secure, and high-performance code.
· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
· Experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), automated deployments, and test automation.
· Experience working in Agile development environments.
· Strong communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Additional skills – the edge you have
· Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
· Experience designing scalable software architectures.
· Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
