This full-time remote talent pipeline is designed for highly skilled engineers interested in long-term opportunities with venture-backed U.S. technology companies that hire remote talent throughout India.
Rather than applying separately for every opening, qualified candidates will be evaluated once and considered for multiple engineering opportunities that align with their technical expertise, career goals, and experience level as new positions become available.
We are actively building a pipeline for professionals who thrive in startup environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and are comfortable working collaboratively with distributed teams operating across U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Build maintainable, secure, and scalable applications using modern engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.

- Ability to collaborate during overlapping U.S. business hours.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making abilities.
- Experience working within agile software development environments.
- Must currently reside in India and be authorized to work remotely from India.

- Experience working at companies that successfully scaled through early growth stages.
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, AI/ML, cloud platforms, or modern distributed systems.
- Previous experience serving as an early engineering hire within a startup.

- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and engineering best practices.

HireNow Package
- Compensation:₹50,00,000–₹1,00,00,000 annually(role dependent).
- Alternative Compensation: Select opportunities offer USD $72,000–$84,000 annually, depending on the position and employer.
- Benefits: Compensation and benefits vary by client opportunity and may include competitive bonus programs, equity opportunities, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, professional development, and additional company-sponsored benefits.
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Location:Fully Remote – Indorė, Madhya Pradesh, India(Candidates must reside in India and maintain overlapping work hours with U.S. business operations.)
