要求：

- 能够证明将业务需求转化为技术解决方案/设计和路线图的成功经验
- 有向团队成员和/或客户进行展示和辅导的经验
- 优秀的引导能力，特别是在需求收集和战略规划方面
- 熟练使用Jira、Trello和其他项目管理工具
- 能够应对模糊性和快速变化的客户需求
- 至少拥有以下认证之一：CSPO或更高，PSPO或更高

You'll apply your expertise to help design a custom Agile model and coach individuals through its adoption.
