我们希望你在哪些方面具备条件（必要资格）：
计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的学士学位（或等同的实际经验）
0-5 年专业软件开发经验（实习和学术项目算作经验）
至少掌握一种编程语言（Python、JavaScript/TypeScript、Go、Java 或 Rust）
理解基本的编程概念：数据结构、算法、面向对象编程
熟悉版本控制系统（Git）和协作开发流程

This role provides hands-on experience with distributed systems, cryptography, and financial technology while working alongside experienced developers and architects.Within the Service & Enterprise Solutions organization, the Software Engineers contribute to building secure, scalable platforms for banking clients.
