职位职责
负责土耳其社交媒体和社区平台（包括 Telegram、Discord、Instagram 等）的日常运营、内容维护和用户增长。
独立策划、组织并主持英文 AMA、线上活动和社区互动，全面负责活动执行和事后复盘。
制定并实施社交媒体和社区增长计划，提升账号曝光度、用户基数、参与度和留存率。
策划并发布土耳其语内容，包括活动预告、品牌内容、热点话题和社区互动内容。
及时回复用户咨询，维护社区秩序和氛围，收集用户反馈，处理紧急情况。
跟踪海外市场趋势、行业热点和竞争对手动态，持续优化社交媒体和社区运营策略。
与营销、品牌和业务团队协作，推进海外市场推广和用户运营。
职位要求
至少 1 年土耳其社交媒体、土耳其社区运营或相关领域经验。
土耳其语可作为工作语言，具备较强的口语和书面表达能力及沟通技巧。
需有加密货币、区块链或 Web3 经验；有交易所经验者优先。
具备独立策划、组织并主持土耳其语 AMA 或线上活动的能力。
熟悉 Telegram、Discord 和 Instagram 等海外平台的运营规则和内容形式。
有社交媒体内容策划、社区增长、用户参与和活动运营经验。
积极主动，执行力强，责任心重，能处理突发问题。
能够远程工作，并适应该职位所需的工作时间。
