作为音频工程师，你将：
- 使用不同技术为客户创建、优化和迭代自定义语音
- 清洗、编辑和准备客户音频，以确保最佳克隆和生成质量
- 提供 ElevenLabs 工具和最佳实践的现场培训和技术指导
- 参与音频质量标注项目
要求
- 3–5 年以上音频工程、音效设计、混音/母带处理或相关领域经验
- 有直接与客户、创意团队或技术利益相关者合作的经验
- 熟练使用 DAW（如 Pro Tools、Reaper、Logic、Ableton）
- 对语音特征、音色、清晰度和表演细节有深刻理解
- 能够将模糊的客户需求转化为明确的音频和语音设计方案
- 在基于时间的服务模式中具备良好的组织纪律性

ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the 'done for you' managed services wing of ElevenLabs made for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.
Here are a few recent projects Productions has helped bring to life:
- Dubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman) and media businesses
- Audiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms
- Voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for ElevenLabs' largest customers

AS AN AUDIO ENGINEER, YOU WILL:
- Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
- Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
- Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
- Work on Audio Quality rated labeling projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related fields
- Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
- Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
- Strong organizational discipline for operating within a time-based service model
