<p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>As a <strong>Business Operations Associate</strong>, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our company. This role reports to the VP of Business Operations and comes with the exciting responsibility of advancing critical strategic initiatives. Business Operations serves as the swiss-army knife of the organization - you’ll work on a diverse set of projects and no two weeks will be the same. You will collaborate extensively with colleagues from various departments, including Product, Engineering, GTM, People, and Finance. This role offers unique visibility into a hyper-growth startup, providing the opportunity to shape its trajectory and make a substantial impact.</p>

<p>Strategic Planning &amp; Execution</p>

<li>Manage goal setting process and closely monitor progress, promptly identifying and addressing deviations from goals in collaboration with leadership.</li>
<li>Contribute to strategic planning by defining OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).</li>
<li>Conduct research to develop informed perspectives and recommendations that support leadership decision-making</li>

<h3 class="" data-start="1842" data-end="1868">What We’re Looking For:</h3>

<li>3 - 6 years of experience with a combination of management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations.</li>
<li>Located in the US or Canada.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail, marked by organizational prowess, proactiveness, and a commitment to rigor in your work.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, including effective written and verbal communication with senior leadership.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of SaaS financial and operational metrics (e.g., revenue, margins, burn, etc.), the ability to read a financial report, and form a view on business health.</li>
<li>Analytical thinking with a track record of utilizing data to inform business decisions.</li>
<li>Quick learner who embraces the ambiguity of a startup and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li>
<li>Curiosity and fluency with AI tools and how they can improve the way work gets done. You experiment regularly, share what you learn, and are eager to help shape how AI gets adopted across the organization.</li>
<li>Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.&nbsp;</li>

<p class="p2"><strong><em>For US-based employees</em></strong><em>, the cash compensation range for this role is&nbsp;</em><strong><em>$109,000 - $125,000.</em></strong><em>&nbsp;We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
