职责 🤓
- 与跨职能团队合作，定义商业智能和分析需求
- 探索新工具，以改进 Mutt Data 的基础设施和流程。
- 设计维度数据模型并构建可扩展的数据管道
- 开发数据模型，为组织内各团队以及面向客户的分析提供仪表板支持
- 为团队开发工具，并协助技术迁移和模型设计。
- 构建可扩展、高性能的数据架构。
- 注重代码质量——进行代码审查、文档编写、测试和集成 CI/CD。
- 全程领导复杂项目，实现无戏剧性发布。
- 支持内部和外部报告指标的创建。
- 指导团队中的初级成员。
所需技能 💻
- 数据工程经验，包括构建和优化数据管道。
- 熟练掌握 SQL 和 Python（Pandas、Numpy、Jupyter）。
- 英语高级水平。
- 有使用 dbt 进行数据转换和云平台（如 AWS）的经验。熟悉现代数据栈工具（如 Snowflake）者优先。
- 基础的 Docker 知识。
- 有使用调度工具（如 Airflow 或 Prefect）的经验。

Responsibilities 🤓
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define BI and analytics
- requirements
- Innovate with new tools to improve Mutt Data's infrastructure and processes.
- Design dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines
- Develop data models to feed dashboards for teams across the org, as well
- as client-facing analytics
- Develop tools for the team and assist in tech migrations and model design.
- Build scalable, high-performance data architectures.
- Focus on code quality—review, document, test, and integrate CI/CD.
- Lead complex projects end-to-end with drama free-launches.
- Support internal and external reporting metrics creation.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
Required Skills 💻
- Experience in Data Engineering, including building and optimizing data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter).
- English Advanced Level.
- Experience working with dbt for data transformation and cloud platforms such as AWS. Familiarity with modern data stack tools, including Snowflake, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
- Familiarity with a BI visualization tool like Looker or Tableau.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
