我正在寻找一位经验丰富的 Fullstack Solidity 开发者，负责一个新的项目，涉及代币分发、Uniswap 池以及激励机制设计。需要能够从整体视角思考，理解工程决策带来的影响。安全性是关键。
需要具备灵活思维；因为是创业公司，事情可能会快速变化。
将根据详细的开发说明进行整体项目价格评估。初期以自由职业形式，如果一切顺利，可能会转为更长期的合作，届时也有机会领导开发团队。
要求：
在 Solidity 方面有专业经验（例如 EVM 基础语言、智能合约编译器），参与过保障高 TVL 的项目
对以太坊虚拟机（EVM）和智能合约执行模型有深入理解
熟悉 Uniswap，最好是 V4 及其 hooks
优秀的解决问题能力和细致的关注点
能说英语且思维灵活
能短期迅速投入且具备高效率
