The Commercial Support provides operational support to ensure several tasks in marketing and sales. This role supports marketing activities, coordinates internal processes.
Major/Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and support production of marketing and sales material
· Drive branded tactics that are in line with core product messaging and highest standards of compliance; e.g. branded commercial material.
· Learning to be responsible for giving feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into global strategy development through appropriate channels.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Education/Learning Experience
Required:
· Experience in Marketing and Sales Support and Project Management
· Direct customer relationship management experience and an ability to engage with customer needs in supporting company projects
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and a “hands on” practical delivery of projects
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools
· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
· Service-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Work Experience
Required:
· Experience in office management and marketing agencies
· Customer relationship management with fluency in written and spoken English
· Self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social skills
· Good communication skills, both oral and written communication
· Computer skills (MS Office programs)

Required:
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
