What We're Looking For
Passion for Leading the Change
A genuine interest in sustainable energy, high-performance homes, and SEM's mission of using business as a force for good.
Relationship Builder

Hunter & Farmer Mentality
You can balance two equally important responsibilities: winning new business and growing the relationships we already have. You're persistent enough to open new doors while thoughtful enough to turn existing customers into long-term partners.
Tenacity & Resilience
Strong internal motivation, persistence, and resilience will be critical to success in this role. You'll need to be comfortable hearing "no," navigating challenges, and continuing to move opportunities forward.
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, trades, field staff, and internal teams.

Comfortable learning and using technology and business software. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar platforms is preferred. Fast and accurate data entry is important, as you'll be responsible for maintaining information that supports sales, operations, and marketing.
Industry Experience — Preferred
Experience in residential construction, building products, energy efficiency, HVAC, insulation, solar, homebuilding, or another construction-related trade is strongly preferred.
