**Travel to Office expectations**
For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.

About the Team

Position Summary:
The Product Manager position will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and functionality including migration tooling, onboarding tools and clinical workflows to support senior care buildings in all things orders management. You will create compelling value for users and customers while driving strategic growth for the business. This role contributes to the product roadmap and balances both tactical execution and strategic planning across their product portfolio. Product Managers are accountable for product outcomes, using customer insights, data, regulatory considerations, and business objectives to guide decision-making. The role also focuses on identifying opportunities to modernize and enhance established products through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for your portion of orders related products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
- Manage products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, strategy, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Drive product decisions using customer feedback, market research, product analytics, regulatory requirements, and business value rather than solely responding to feature requests.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas, developing a deep understanding of product functionality, customer workflows, and the value delivered to end users.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into meaningful product outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team(s) and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities.
- Assess product investment opportunities and incoming requests with thoughtful, data-informed analysis, providing clear recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI capabilities, automation, and smarter workflows that increase customer value and efficiency.
- Navigate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory environments and translate that knowledge into practical product direction and prioritization.
- Understand company strategy and ensure product plans support broader organizational objectives and long-term growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
- Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort working with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building, launching, or integrating AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
- Demonstrated success revitalizing, enhancing, or modernizing legacy products.
The US base salary range for this position is $122,600 - $136,200. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
