资格

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support production quality automated trading strategies
- Apply technology and programming to automate complex trading logic
- Be or become an expert in market microstructure information
- Understand at the highest levels tick data dissemination and protocol communication with world-class electronic exchanges
- Build and maintain the connection between trading models and execution software
- Create tools, verification processes, and risk management protections to assure safe trading
- Mentor, manage or train junior developers to complete projects and learn all facets of trading
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building software for trading or similar complex software systems
- Bachelor’s, Masters or Ph.D. degree in any scientific field or Finance
- Have the capability to understand quickly what is being explained and think for himself/herself
- Knowledge of markets and financial products is a plus
- Obsessed with creating clean 100% bug-free software
- Passion for mathematics and software applied to the markets
- Comfort working within a collaborative, team-oriented fast-changing environment which fosters free-flowing creativity
- Strong work ethic, compliance, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Training or demonstrated ability to learn languages such as C++, R, Lua, and/or Python.
