所需经验与技能
- 至少 5 年的应用咨询、应用支持或系统实施相关经验

- 具备强大的利益相关者互动和沟通能力，能够将技术概念转化为业务友好的语言
- 有支持 UAT、生产环境和后期实施支持的经验

Job Title: Application Consultant
Role Purpose
The Application Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise banking applications. This role acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring application solutions align with business objectives, regulatory standards, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient application solutions
- Configure, customize, and enhance enterprise banking applications to support operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and resolving defects and system issues
- Provide production support, including issue investigation, root cause analysis, and coordination of fixes to minimize business disruption
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance, usability, and reliability
- Assist with application documentation, release planning, and change management activities
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in application consulting, application support, or systems implementation roles
- Proven experience within banking or financial services, including exposure to core banking or digital banking platforms
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience supporting UAT, production environments, and post-implementation support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in financial services environments
- Exposure to vendor-managed or third-party banking applications
