Who we are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale marketing programs across Samsara’s insurance and OEM. In this role, you’ll develop joint go-to-market strategies, activate high-impact partner programs, and create scalable ways for partners to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and adoption of Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud.

You’ll work closely with Partner Sales, Partner Programs, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and executional detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by building trusted relationships and measurable business outcomes with partners.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.

You should apply if:

  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact – helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment.
  • You’re energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies for insurance and OEM, aligning on priorities, audiences, positioning, routes to market, and success metrics.
  • Build and scale partner marketing motions from strategy through execution, including co-branded campaigns, partner launches, events, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership, partner communications, and seller enablement.
  • Establish trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and serve as a strategic marketing advisor, identifying opportunities that create value for partners, mutual customers, and Samsara.
  • Collaborate with Partner Sales and Partner Programs to translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans that drive partner engagement, partner-influenced pipeline, and product adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field and Event Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand, Communications, and Marketing Operations to deliver coordinated programs and content.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging and enablement for different audiences, from partner executives and sellers to customers and prospects.
  • Use partner and campaign data to define key performance indicators, measure program effectiveness, communicate insights, and continuously optimize investments.
  • Develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms that help partner marketing scale with the business across segments and geographies.
  • Manage multiple high-visibility projects and external stakeholders with strong ownership, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles—Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team—as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing, alliances, or related program management roles.
  • Proven experience creating and executing integrated, high-impact marketing programs with external partners and measuring results.
  • Experience building strong relationships with internal teams and external partner stakeholders, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to audiences large and small and create clear, compelling content—from concise partner communications to detailed launch plans and thought leadership.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, customer- and partner-centric messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Strong cross-functional project and program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-informed approach to decision-making, with experience defining success metrics and using performance insights to improve programs.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and accountable working style with a willingness to move between strategy and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15% travel required

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience working with insurance, financial services, fleet management, transportation, or other physical-operations industries.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS, technology, or partner ecosystem environment.
  • Experience with partner launches, executive programs, events, co-branded content, customer advocacy, or demand generation.
  • Experience working across global or multi-region partner programs.
  • Familiarity with partner relationship management, CRM, marketing automation, or partner portal tools.
