- 与主要项目顾问紧密合作，处理多种类型的项目，在符合规格的情况下提供端到端交付支持
- 独立管理无风险项目（如民意调查、发生率检查）的端到端交付，以及管理已赢得机会的补充/竞争对手客户的交付
- 理解并支持客户项目简报和任务
- 参与与内部和/或外部团队的启动会议
- 审核调查问卷的设计/体验（包括移动端优化），并与主要项目顾问进行咨询
- 基础的脚本/编程实现
- 有效且主动的内外部利益相关者管理
- 协助样本/配额管理和实现
- 数据和质量保证检查
- 数据和报告生成
- 保护消费者体验
- 遵守最佳实践
- 了解偶尔需要加班和周末支持
行政

ABOUT THIS ROLE
Responsible for supporting the D&I sales and delivery teams’ day-to-day by assisting all project management tasks. The Project Manager will share responsibility for set up, monitoring and maintaining of all campaigns in-line with given briefs. You will need to juggle a number of tasks across a high volume of projects and be able to work well with numerous team units. Excellent proactiveness, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and to manage time are essential competencies in this role.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operations
- Support with project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/ or consumer requirements
- Working closely with the lead project consultant on a range of project types, providing support in managing end to end deliverables according to spec.
- Independently managing delivery end to end for risk free projects i.e. polls, incidence checks, as well as managing top up/ competitor client delivery of won opportunities
- Understanding and supporting client project briefs and tasks
- Partaking in kick-off calls with internal and/ or external teams
- Reviewing survey questionnaire for design / experience (incl. mobile optimisation) and consulting with the lead project consultant
- Basic scripting/ programming fulfillment
- Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Assistance with sample / quota management and fulfilment
- Data and quality assurance checks
- Data and report generation
- Protecting the consumer experience
- Compliance on best practices
- An understanding of occasional after-hours and weekend support required
Administration
- Ensuring detailed project briefs/ specs are accurately documented in Salesforce and updated
- Creating and updating daily progress reports and solutions
- Ensuring all project details are documented per required accreditations and policies
Shift Timing: Australian Shift Timing
ABOUT YOU:
- 2 years of experience in project management (in MR industry)
- Proven ability to handle 10+ projects to a high standard at any given time
- Proactive in managing tasks and troubleshooting.
- Experience with task allocations and management
- Excellence in organisational, time management skills
