我们重视具备以下条件的管理者：
- 在快节奏、敏捷环境中拥有3年以上产品管理经验
- 具备良好的解决问题能力，有构建基于API平台的经验，并对领域驱动设计的基础有良好理解
- 能够制定强大的路线图和战略计划，并通过产品规格提供执行细节
- 具备出色的沟通能力，能够与公司内部不同业务职能的团队成员协作和沟通
- 本科或更高学位，最好是技术或量化专业
- 任何工程/开发经验都是加分项

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to help take our product to the next level and build a world-class product experience. The ideal candidate will have a knack for innovation, experience with fintech and proven ability to deliver on hard deadlines. As Product Manager at bluesheets, you will lead all aspects of product, including the product backlog, UX, QA and new feature development. You’ll work closely with engineering, design and the founders, leveraging your experience managing multiple stakeholders prioritise development while continuously striving to improve on KPIs.
You Will
- Partner closely with the founders to define the vision and roadmap by thoroughly understanding our customers’ needs
- Manage subcontractor engineering & design activities
- Design features, systems, and services that have an immediate impact on our customers
- Lead and participate in critical design, product and partnership discussions
- Foster ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, pragmatism, and urgency in the team
We value managers who have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management within high-paced, agile environments
- Good problem-solving skills, past experience of building API based platforms with a good understanding of the fundamentals of domain-driven design
- Ability to develop strong roadmaps and strategic plans as well as to provide execution details through product specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate & communicate with a wide range of team members from different business functions within the company
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative discipline
- Any engineering/development experience is a plus
