职责：
营销自动化与系统
- 在Make.com上构建、优化和维护自动化流程
- 集成平台，管理触发器并排查工作流问题
- 在GoHighLevel内设置并优化管道、工作流、表单和活动
数字广告
- 规划、创建和管理Google Ads活动（搜索、展示、性能最大化等）
- 进行关键词研究、受众定位和A/B测试
- 监控广告表现并优化转化率和ROAS
- 准备每周和每月的表现报告
一般数字营销支持
- 协助着陆页创建和漏斗优化（GHL）
- 管理和优化电子邮件/SMS活动
- 进行市场调研和竞争对手分析
资格要求：
- 必须具备：Google Ads认证，熟悉Make.com和GoHighLevel

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvyDigital Marketing Virtual Assistantto support our marketing operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience withMake.com automations,GoHighLevel (GHL)workflows and campaigns, and isGoogle Ads certifiedwith proven results. This role combines technical automation, digital campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Automation & Systems
- Build, optimize, and maintain automations onMake.com
- Integrate platforms, manage triggers, and troubleshoot workflows
- Set up and optimize pipelines, workflows, forms, and campaigns insideGoHighLevel
Digital Advertising
- Plan, create, and manageGoogle Adscampaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for conversions and ROAS
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
General Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with landing page creation and funnel optimization (GHL)
- Manage and optimize email/SMS campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST HAVE: Google Ads Certified, experience withMake.com&GoHighLevel
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with numbers and data
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
