Post‑Award Planning & Risk Alignment

  • Maintain and evolve the project risk register from award through FNTP.
  • Coordinate and lead constructability reviews, risk reviews, and execution planning workshops.

  • Ensure Owner contract deliverables are clearly defined, tracked, and met.

Procurement & Buy-Out
· Partner with Procurement to drive execution of:

Continuous Improvement

  • Support change order reviews from Award through FNTP.
  • Track buy‑out and early execution metrics.
  • Capture lessons learned and provide feedback to Pursuit, Estimating, and Business Development teams to improve future bids.
